At Vintage Wholesale Supply, we want you to be fully satisfied with your curated haul, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items that do not meet your quality expectations. Please note that due to the nature of vintage goods, returns are only accepted for significant condition issues not disclosed in the product description.
Submit a Request
Email our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the items you wish to return.
Review and Approval
Our quality control team will review your request to ensure the items qualify under nuestro vintage grading standards and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items in their original condition and include the RA number inside the box before shipping to our central warehouse.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
